Кто-нибудь сталкивался с повреждением чемодана при полете? Летел Турками через Стамбул в Барселону, мало того что потеряли багаж, так еще и один угол вмяли. Отправил им претензию через оф сайт, вот что ответили:
Dear Ms./Mr. AHUEVSHIY,
Firstly, we would like to apologize to you for the irregularity you have suffered.
We, as Turkish Airlines, make our great efforts to carry your baggage on time and without any damage or missing property. However, some irregularities, which upset us as well, may occasionally occur during air transportation, as suffered at all sectors.
Accordingly, the following documents, which we have requested from you in order for compensation of the unfavorable case suffered by you, will be forwarded to our Claims department in order for assessment.
- Original invoice of damaged baggage / Repair invoice
An assessment will be performed if your documents are delivered to our party, and the required information will be provided to you as soon as possible.
In the event that you send your documents by Fax, we kindly request you to indicate the relevant full name and report number thereon.
We would like to thank you for your kind understanding, regarding such period, in advance.
